Account and data deletion

Last updated: July 7, 2026

How to request deletion

Didata users may request deletion of their account and associated data from Profile > Settings > Delete account in the app or Platform. The flow requires the user to be authenticated and confirm the request before deletion.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to register the request by email, send the request from the same email used for your Didata account whenever possible. This helps our team confirm ownership and avoid unauthorized deletions.

Support channel: contato@didata.ai.

Timing and confirmation

We acknowledge receipt of the request within 7 days. Deletion or anonymization of eligible data is completed within 30 days, unless records must be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or regular exercise of rights.

In the in-app flow, account deletion starts after the user confirms the request and may end access immediately. If an email request requires manual review, the response is sent through the same channel.

What may be deleted

  • Registration data associated with the account;
  • Study materials, uploaded files, generated content, progress, reviews, and preferences linked to the user;
  • Notification tokens and operational identifiers that are no longer needed to provide the service.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained for as long as necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, audit, or regular exercise of rights. Where possible, this data will be anonymized or minimized.

App store subscriptions

Deleting your Didata account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. When a subscription was purchased through an app store, cancel renewal in the corresponding store account before or alongside the deletion request.
